Head Distiller Graham Buller collected prime barrels of Scotch whisky and American Bourbon whiskey, with a dream of creating his perfect blend. The Scotch has an average of five years barrel maturation and the Bourbon two, while the final blend has gone back into bourbon barrels for finishing.
Distinctive, unusual, delicious. Toasty Oak like aromas with hints of sweet sherry are lifted and sweetened by floral and fruity notes. Rounded malt like flavours and the rich sherry characters are evident on the palate, with as toasty oak and some what oily nuttiness to the finish.
1 x Strange Love Ginger Ale (Kyneton, VIC)
This delicate, nuanced Dry Ginger Ale uses a premium, aromatic ginger extract with burnt sugar and Applewood-smoked water. The result is a complex, sophisticated ginger mixer that boasts notes of pimento, all spice and juniper with a mild peat finish. Perfectly pairs with rum, whiskey or bourbon.

Wondaree has been owned and run as a family business by Greg & Wendy O’Neill since 1983. The farm is located on a beautiful spot on the Atherton Tablelands, where the right amounts of rain and sunshine produces perfect macadamias. Wondaree macadamia nuts are farmed by Greg under the watchful eye of Roy the kelpie.
