Dylan follows a minimal intervention approach to winemaking, aiming to express the individual vineyard terroir through wine that is an expression of the vintage and growing season.
This is made from mostly Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon & Riesling Blanc. It's a slightly sparkling white wine with hints of passionfruit and lime; light, juicy and refreshing
